铬砂(Cr-Sand)是钢厂钢包引流砂的核心原料,以铬铁氧矿(FeCr₂O₄)为主要成分,Cr₂O₃含量通常≥46%,粒度选择AFS45-50(50-100#),AFS40-45(40-70#),AFS35-40(20-60#)等。是保障钢包自动开浇的关键耐火材料。它化学稳定性强、耐高温、抗钢水侵蚀,在高温下能形成薄而均匀的烧结层,既承受钢水静压力,又能在开浇时顺利破碎,让钢水顺畅流出。其颗粒圆整、流动性好,可快速均匀填充水口,且密度高、渗透性佳,能有效减少钢水渗透与堵塞风险。相比硅质引流砂,铬矿砂基引流砂在长时间静置后仍能保持95% 以上的高自开浇率,显著提升连铸生产效率与稳定性。
